So basically, I'm having trouble with texting in these area's:

1) Opening. I do online game a bit, so a day after getting their number I say, "Hey it's John aka (my username) what's happening? It does ok, but maybe you'd can suggest a better one not only for the first time but the next day too.

I usually text to set stuff up. Like, dates and etc. but I feel I could do more. I normally don't get too flirty with a girl from online dating because its weird having not met her before. So in cases like me meeting a girl and than texting her, I feel I could do more. Like how could I create some tension, interest, mystery and excitement about my and the day 2.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I tried learning some of skills game and it worked great but, after a while, life gets in the way and you forget everything.

If you Joked around while sarging online (I'd be a little shocked if you didn't) use callback humour in your text opener.
I Usually don't ever ask for the girls number online, I give them my number and say
text these random numbers I just made up 1-(***)-***-****
then after she does I'll make a reference to a joke in my response.

I've always generated enough interest online for her to text. And I feel like It kind of puts her in the frame that she's chasing you.
