I'am a man who is very picky when it comes to women -I believe in quality rather than quantity- I found recently that a had many female female acquaintances whom I'm not interested in because they either are not attractive enough ( 6s and 7s) or they have a baggage which I'm fully aware of.

I am not financially capable to go to bars or clubs - where I come form there are few exclusive bars and nightclubs to meet women who aren't prostitutes - so the only way is to meet girls to use those female acquaintances and friend to meet new girls and maybe finally success in qualifying women.

Is there good technique to turning them into pivotes?

Get them attracted to you and bring them out. Other women will see that they are with you and that will automatically make you preselected which will make you attractive to other women.
