I started a new job recently and there are 2 HBs I have my eyes on. One is a cute black hair shy girl, the other one seems more outgoing. I'm suck since I don't know how to open them outside of a bar senario (I don't have any experience really outside of the bar).

Or should it be something more interesting to get their attention, if so any suggestions?

What kind of work environment is it?

It's a greenhouse, I labour there and they take care of the flowers I think. It's pretty laid back environment so having conversations is easy enough, I'm just not sure how to open the conversation, once it's started I shouldn't have any issues.

It is easy. Much easier compared to night clubs.

All you do is approach her, when she is alone. Be very casual, get her number if no problems and that is it. The rest is the standard gaming rules.

Im always gamin my co workers, no matter where i work. One thing for sure is if your new, you dont want to start showing ioi's off the back. Let them qualify themselves to you and show iois to you. So in other words, if you work around alot of women, your in a hostile envoirnment. Any moves you make first can become big HR issues. So i would reccomend for the first 6 mnths, just develop rapport with everyone and those who are interested will stand out very soon. After you find a target, invite her out to lunch with you or drinks after work and game from there. I would never reccomend gaming at work if you want to keep your job

Talk to them like you would to anyone. If you want to get to know her, ask to have your break together (if you can choose the time yourself). The workplace is much much easier to game than any other place because it's normal to talk to your coworkers, so there's less of an initial barrier. Ask them about their weekend plans for instance, if they are going to bars tonight in your hometown for instance it's very easy to say: "Me too! Give me your number and we'll have a drink later". Even if she's not going to the same bars, it's really easy to get togerther for a drink when you are both going out in the same area. Then you can get to know them and flirt without actually asking for a date.
