My typical approach for when a girl insults herself is to get a playful punch in the arm or something then just use it to build sexual tension and escalate kino.
Basically, you'll never compliment a woman until she's earned it. So if she tries to get you to give her a compliment without working for it, give her a small IOD(Indicator of disinterest)
