You're going to let other people tell you whether you're good looking or not?

Why does it really matter anyways?

Just worry about things you have control over *Style, Body language, etc.* And girls will find you attractive.

Also don't listen to your friend, you may be picky but why would you settle for anything less than the best?

Your face looks good. Objectively speaking your body is skinny, you could use some bulking up do do some excercise. Also some tanning would help.
Style wise I really don't think you should listen to anybody. Have your own style which you are comfortable with.
On being picky. Well I used to say I was picky but the fact is I was just scared to approach girls and used this as an excuse. U are missing a lot if you only go for the perfect 10s. Which doesn't exist anyway.

You are not a PUA if you need validation on your looks.

With that said, I would grow some stubble if I were you. You look really young for 18.
