I just started my new work this week, I work in a pretty big women cloth store with many employed and I work with packing things up and stuff like that.

The thing is that I'm the only guy working there and every girl that's work there are 8+, the worst looking girls I work with still looks a lot better than any girl I work with before, even the older women looks good.

This would for most be considered as a paradise but I get treated kind of weird.
They often talk over my head about stuff I really just can't get in on like I use to do, when I'm trying to talk with them they often make fun of me in a innocent way, a bit like "look at him, hes trying to say something, so sweet", it sometimes feel like I've become their cute mascot or something, I feel kind of powerless and it's hard to attract someone when they don't take you serious.

Any advice?

Be a fun person. Man up by not taking shit from them. Basically, get back at them in a playful way but serious at the same time. Therefore, you are not perceived as a guy that they will shit on anytime. Don't be too nice sometimes, if they ask you to do favors for them dont do it all the time

Now this is a situation where negs can be useful.
The reason they are talking shit and behind your back is because you let them and not acting like a man.
Completely ignore the fact that they are 8+ or whatever looks wise. Of course they are good looking what did you expect it's a cloth shop .
When they ask you to do stuff tell them that it's ok as long as they do you stuff as well. Also don't be their emotional tampon. If you don't like the way things are, tell them but calmly and confidently.
A bit more information about their behaviour would help though.

I read your advice and heres an update about it, I have no longer problem with talking with them 1 on 1, when we're alone I have no problem joking around and most of them are playful around me.

But as soon as we are more than 2 the girls often goes silent or start talking with the other girl instead.
It's still that awkward silence in for exampel the lunch room when we're a lot more than 2 (I don't know if it were this silent before I started working there or if it's because I'm the first guy working there).

To sum it all up, they're not seems to be that talkative to me when they're in a group.
