If you're interested in a girl, you should always keep things flirty, even from just meeting her. Even if you don't hit on her directly, she should at least be able to imagine the two of you getting together(This means don't act totally Asexual around her). Sex is like air afterall, it's only important if you're not getting any. So don't make it a big deal and it'll actually work in your favor.
