I have a friend and I want to get with her now. I know she's attracted to me because last year she wanted to date me but I spurned her advances because I wasn't really attracted to her. Now she's gotten alot hotter, but I don't like her personality enough to actually date her. So is there any way to make her a FB?

this is very difficult to do. number 1 if she has gotten hotter then she has more options open. number 2 you shot her down before so she isn't likely to return to the subject without serious coxing from both you and her friends. number 3 women hate that thought of fwbs cause women are socially and evolutionary programmed to want families and a relationship is the start of that. don't get me wrong i love fwbs but they are hard to make work and even more difficult to make last any amount of time. in my opinion i think your best chance for that was when she wanted to date you. you should have kino escalated at that point.
