I work in a nightclub as a bartender. So I have higher value than almost every guy in the club. Ive been told by a good few customers that i'm a good looking guy but i cant seem to get girls

I dont know what to say as I have little time to do it but i know its possible to do it

Background, Im a bit shy but im funny when im drawn out of my shell. Would love to use this as personal development but also to reap the benefits :)

What should i do? Its perfect for a number close but I dont get a chance to really talk to them except get there order

Help would be greatly appreciated.
