OK - pretty basic stuff, so some of you MVP playa dudes can hopefully help me out.

So, sitting in a restaurant, approached by nice looking girl, good job, well educated, but nothing incredible. Probbaly a 6.5-7 depending on the day and light, haha.

So played it well, got the number, got out. Initiated txt convo, all playful - full engagement from her, gave a few light playful negs which went down well.

How long before first date?
I have an excuse to meet her (language practice, cause i gotta be an interpreter for some government dude next week) and she's a native speaker. Met on Friday, can I followup with a coffee meeting request on Saturday.... or do you give it some time?

I'm not taken so much with her, but she's a good practice target if you know what I mean. Don't really care if i close the deal or not, but how long do you leave it for an invite out? Aaaaand what would be a good procedure of inviting her out (if doing it quickly) without seeming needy. It seems to me saying 'hey i need to practice my formal vocab with a native speaker, what about you, you seem native enough?' might be a bit needy/desperate.

Any thoughts/ideas?
