Ok well I was at the casino on the d-floor, there was this group of 4 that took my eye all night, one in paticular. We got the odd bit of eye-contact, enough to keep me motivated. After awhile they dissapeared, so I went to get another drink, and there they were drinking at a table. Sat down with my mate and asked them were they racing (in pairs with 2 straws in each drink), they said yep, I said i'd judge. The girl I liked won and I said "wow that was fast!" she then replied "you should see me suck". I was completly took by surprise by the reply, I replied with something quite cheeky, another hint at a sexual joke and looked at my mate and said "we'll get another round in, rematch!"
After the rematch we asked them to go over the road to a new bar with us, they said they were going there soon anyways so I said we'd meet them there. While queing at the new bar, they came across, i pointed out to them and called them over, they were standing beside us, girl I liked was right beside me so I put my arm around her hips, she then put her arm around me too and we were cuddling for about 10 minutes (was pretty cold at 2.30am). After waiting for too long we left for another bar, she followed and we walked cuddling all the way over there and talked, found out she went to same highschool as me before I got there and we had a heap in common, got on really well. After the other bar said they were closed, I asked for her number saying i'd love to meet up sometime, her friend then stepped in saying no she has a boyfriend and pulled her away. I said it was lovely to meet her and gave her a hug and walked off, she then yelled out to me "wait, whats your surname", I told her and she said "wow, i was best friends with your ex in intermediate", she then gave me her number and I left.
The next night I text her saying "what a night huh! Where did you end up afterwards? Surprising how small the world is innit! It's sam here by the way!"
I haven't received a reply, been over 24h. I'm a bit confused as to why, I accepted her not giving me her number and left, she called me back. She was cuddling me all night and wasn't drunk.
She's a HB8, but I really liked her personality and we had so much in common I'd really like to see her again. I want to text her again (not within 1/2 days but afterwards) but I have no idea what to say. I don't want to seem clingy or desperate, but want her to know I really liked her. Any advice?
