Say your at work, in the lobby (or main area where everyone and anyone can see you) and you're talking to a co-worker, and flirting etc. Lets say she says something about herself you really like or something like that.

Then you look at her and say, wow if we weren't in the lobby i would kiss you right now.

Is that AFC at all?

If you're completely CONFIDENT when you say it, and your body language and EC is good, then yes, you could pull that off. Because then you leave the lingering thought in her mind of "what would he be like to kiss . . . "
