Being congruent is powerful. Even if you feel like shit, the girl will enjoy a man who is being REAL and not trying to put on a front. It will also feel more natural for you and she will see that your comfortable with yourself. Good shit.

So I thought of an opener/routine that conveys congruence that I thought I would share. It's congruent in that as PUAs we're all trying to get to the level where we can feel totally free and comfortable with strangers, so what you're saying with this you'll actually vibe with. I haven't field tested it yet cause I literally just thought of it, but try it out and/or tell me what you think.

PUA: "You know that feeling when you're hanging out with your friends and you feel super awesome cause you're being your fun and uninhibited self?"

HB: "Yea" (presumably)

PUA: "With strangers a lot of people stifle themselves, but you seem like you can be real with people. You want to be real with me and show me you're dorky and awkward self?"

If she goes "I'm not dorky/awkward!" laugh at her and tell her it's coming out and you think it's cute. This should set the tone for a playful interaction in which you can get away with a lot more of doing whatever the fuck you want because you're just someone whose real.

I'll give a field report after testing it out and/or modifying it.

Yeah its true being direct does work, i reckon a lot of these openers really depend on how you say it, and that comes from your character. Its better to develop your character, know which works best for you and go for it.

I am still relatively new to PUA, but i find that by starting off with indirect routines such as asking a question that will get them talking and then going direct after that, works fine for me. But it depends on your persona.

"Congruent" opener? A congruent opener is in the moment. You can't come up with a congruent opener for every situation. I could take this opener, but if I'm not genuinely feeling it in the moment it's not congruent. The whole point of congruence is that whatever you have on your mind right now, and however you feel right now, that is what you are and don't apologize for it. Feeling nervous? Be nervous. Feeling awesome? Be awesome. Just let whatever state you're in be, accept it, and open. That is congruence.

There is power in congruence. I used to use alot of the old school psudo-psychological games (the lying game ect). Then i moved on to something less work heavy. Funny thing is, is started using the lying game again, and it was going down a treat in almost every set! the difference from last time? I am a psychology graduate, so i was congruent i would do/ask psychology stuff.

Btw, i then came up with a great little routine from this. "hey i'm Mark" Now woman are said to be 80% better at spotting people who lie then men are, so do you want to play a little game to see your one of these 80%? Oh, are you any good at spotting lies? Really? Well my name's John for a start...
