I suggested we work out in the morning and she whined a bit that it was early but we agreed on an hour later and a different activity. She has a family event too but still agreed. Is it recommended to purposefully flake because of her initial whining that t was early in the morn? Even if she agreed despite a busy day and has never turned down plans/flaked before?

I'm certainly not a morning person. I'm not even human before noon and I'd make any excuse to not do anything with anyone.
