I find it tiring to always stay in pua mode. By this i mean i'm not trying to get every women i talk to because it's hard work. Like when walking by the women at the front desk at the gym.
I think it's important that you guys know that I havnt practiced pua in a while and i'm starting to study it again, just recently (like 2 days ago).
I'm a student that lives with my mom, and i find it useful to practice on her as well. But should i always be practicing when we interact, or can i take a break and act normal?

You should practice it until it becomes a lifestyle; granted, that's what you want to do.
If I were you I wouldn't treat it as a PUA mode and a normal mode.
You need to just immerse yourself into it.
I look at it as not picking up women but rather a mindset, or an attitude.
Actually gaming girls comes farther down the line- this certain inner game helps you make decisions, communicate with EVERYONE, including guys and girls, present yourself to EVERYONE, and much more.
Once your inner game is there, you will automatically "game" girls without thinking about it.
