Once you make eye contact and before you open to her you should very subtly dip both your knees like kind of collapsing them. Don't male it too obvious or it will look like you have rickets or something. I dont know how it works but it seems to relieve some anxiety/pressure. Its an awesome tip for talking in front of large groups of people too.
Give it a go, let me know how it goes.
