basically I'm on a super tight budget.. met a girl at club who likes to party.. meeting her fro a quick drink, how i put to get to know her better.. is it okay to ask her to my place... ? we've already kissed and stuff.. she was ready to go home with me last weekend but i decided not to... was thinking about wine and a dvd...? shes 20 and a student.. any ideas guys?

also, how best to put the idea forward, dont want to scare the girl off, or maybe go bar first and then suggest watching a dvd and having a drink there

How do you know she was ready to go home with you? Just kissing you in a club doesn't mean she was ready to fuck you.. wine and dvd sounds a bit much for a first time thing, I'll give you an example that happened to me about a month ago:

I was getting with this girl in a club, we were both drunk and she was all over me grinding, doing slut drops etc. We leave in a taxi and go to hers and then at the door she doesn't let me in telling me she has a boyfriend.. Which was fucking annoying! A week later I hear off people that she's dumped her boyfriend, I've got her number from the first night so we text back and forth and she seems really really keen for me.. Texting back twice for every one of mine etc. I suggest we hang out sometime this week and she's like "yay yay yay that sounds good" so then like 4 days later I send her a text like "What you up to later? Fancy coming round to watch a movie x" and she completely goes into defensive mode and says no.. Moral of the story is, if I'd just asked her for drinks at a bar it would have been a guaranteed thing and then when she was a little tipsy I could've suggested the movie back at mine but having the first date on my turf when she doesn't know me all that well made alarm bells go off..
