Okay i have found this situation very odd, on two occasions there have been two women at my university, who i know have a crush on me and show a lot of ioi's when I'm near them in person, and i have heard via friends that they like me, however they have been freezing me out.
One of them didn't even reply to a message, i sent asking her if she wanted to join me and some friends at a gig, and the other girl is apparently is waiting for herself to make a move, and she hasn't been in contact with me since the first date.

I take it as rejection and it is starting to mess around with my frame.

why are you asking them to join you some where instead of making up her mind for her and telling her to meet you somewhere?

I have done it with one of them, i've been told by everyone she likes me, she gives ioi's i flirt with her a bit, yet she didn't even reply to my message.

And the other one apparently adamantly wants to make the first move, for what reason, i really don't know.

They come from a land far away, so i assume its a cultural difference, but its going against my PUA philosophy haha

Apparently girl two is worried because she thinks i tease girls and am bit of a player.
Never had this one before haha

Maybe u should try to convince her you're not an player, try to, in some sort of way to show her that she's "the only one" by maybe saying something genuine about her in way that can come over as you're not an player.

Or literally say "im not a player, if u don't believe what im saying, then I will show u by my actions" and then show her your not playerish side or something, haha.
