So I was at the bank today of course there is a hb 9 as one of the tellers. We made eye contact a few times when I was in line and i was praying to get her as my teller lol. Sure enough I did and it started with the usual small talk. Then I deposited a bunch of cash, I pulled it off a money clip and said " don't worry I get payed alot in cash, I'm not a drug dealer. She laughed her ass off to the point where everyone was looking over and she kept laughing and smiling the whole time almost reminiscing about it and saying how she never heard that before and we went back in forth about the signs that someone's a drug dealer and laughing about it.
When I left and got in my car and I immediately regretted not asking for her phone number.
How could I have gone about doing that or what would you guys have done?
should I continue going there in hopes of having her again or will it have been too long?

I agree with above, you might have gotten a number, but it would have been flaky. You'd just be that guy that made her laugh. No real connection.
If she works at your bank, I'm sure you'll see her again, but don't make her your main focus.

you can always ask for a number and its unlikely to get a result by its a chance.
you can't pick up a bank teller unless you convince her that getting to know you is more important than her job. think about it, you're just another dude to her even if you're less of a chode but it doesn't compare to the risk of consequences of flirting with an employee. dont let this discourage you though a chance is a chance so you should hit it up anyways!
