How should we react to being late?

In the past when chicks who are otherwise 100 percent good behavior but show up 20-30 late I have them do something for me like a massage to make up for it. I have a date Sunday and she's coming over at ten. Been seeing her for a bit. We both have been late before and i am the only one who makes her pay me back in a playful manner. What if she shows up 25 late? We live 20 min away and I am generally very non reactive and alpha with her
