Cutting out the long ass story, here are some key moments of my encounter with this girl at college.

(1) Met her 3 months back, asked her number, took mine and never called.
(2) Saw her 2 weeks back, she said if I happen to meet her 5 times this semester, she would give the number.
(3) Met her again 3 days back, she said that she is in love with her childhood friend but they didnt quite get to boyfriend - girlfriend stage.

Some behavior I observed during our encounters :
-Smiles when she sees me. Not a smirk but i can literally feel the glow of the smile.
-ALWAYS laughs at my jokes.
-I gave her my new phone number, and she was like ' so do you change your number for every girl.'
-Lets me touch her until I said ' Ok, i know u like me, cause if u didnt u wouldnt let me touch you right now'
-I asked her if she was the only child, she said ' No, I just adopted a brother today' BURN!!!
- She talked about her lover, and says things like ' wouldnt it be weird if U and I meet someday with our kids.' I said ' Yea but we would be together and kids would be ours' SO FUCKING GAY RIGHT!!
- Always tell me to get move away when we are sitting together in a playful way.
- Said to her cockblock friend, ' you find him good looking, maybe you two should be together'

Thats pretty much all that i can think of. So, what should I do now? How do I play this ? Is she rejecting me or jsut playing hard to get? I kinda like this girl and I dnt wanna fuck this up. Thanks for taking your time to read this guys, I would very much appreciate your answers.
