I met this girl a couple weeks ago, been texting her a while very flirty conversations but never sexual. She called me at 1:00am and I was thinking maybe she's looking for a late night hook up, so I answered. She told me she is having really bad stomach pains and asked me to take her to the ER. Being the good person that I am I took her there (in the rain) and waited 3 hours for her in the waiting room while the doctor saw her.

Basically I bent over backwards for a girl I'm barely even friends with (I'd do it again too). We never hung out just us or hooked up or anything. Do you think it's likely that doing this I insta friend zoned myself? I'm thinking given the circumstances it may have been in my advantage and it may help reach a relationship with this girl. What should my next step be with this girl?

Have no idea why did she call you if you don't even know eachother that good. BUT, the fact that she did means she trust you enough. And you came through when she needed you. So that's a good thing. Problem is you arent sexual so how can she know you like her?

So what to do, call her and ask her how is she feeling. Just that, chat a little than hang up.
And depending of the moment , you call her back after few seconds and say "You know what i'm just gonna say. Wanna grab a cup of coffee later/tomorrow?"
or call her next day, ask her how's it going, get her to tell you something about her day, then ask her out.

And dude, it's never bad to be a good person. Just don't be a nice guy
