You don't want to rip yourself apart, but you don't want to take yourself too seriously. Don't call attention to things you feel self-conscious about, as she may not even notice or care about whatever it is to begin with. At the same time, if she points out something, don't get all offended.

Think about it from the girl's point of view. The only thing less attractive than a bloke with acne is bloke with acne who insists on making it the subject of conversation. Just talk about something else and hope she ignores it. The more engaging the conversation, the more she'll forgive your physical blemishes.
