We were friends for a year at uni and towards the end of last year, we went out and slept together for a few weeks.

However, she had a bf. During the holidays, she went back home. We had minimal contact and when the term started she seems to have avoided me. I jokingly told her to come out and she agreed, suggesting to meet at a mutual friend's party. She was hours late and stayed for a few minutes before leaving.

Anyway, I want her. But i'm also not going crazy over her if I can't. I've gone no contact on her for a week. I owe her something and she recently asked for it back.

When we meet up, should I just keep playing it cool and not mention meeting up at all, but maybe ask in a few weeks, or do I go straight out and talk about our time last year?

You don't have a lot of options do you? Seems very oneitus-ish. Generally, I would go talk and hang out with a girl who wants to make time to hang out with me.
