Okay here is the set up. There is this girl at my work. A few of us were in the break room and we were talking about Valentines day. I asked her if she had plans. Not trying to hit on her or anything just making small talk. She mentioned how she was "semi taken". So she said we would just hangout at her place and clean and do other housework.

So I figured I would just go talk to her when its just her and I. I go talk to her and we have a pretty good talk. We talked for maybe 30 mins. It went very well and we have a lot of stuff in common. I end up doing a number close. I told her I was going out of town and that I would send her a text Sunday when I get back into town.

Now here are a few things.

She does live with her boyfriend, but he is always out and about because of work.

This is in Houston and she has been here for about a year and does not anyone.

Now I did throw some negs out that. Just simple stuff. Teasing her about how she likes the weather here. I brought that up because the weather here is not all that great. When I threw that out there she laughed and responded positive.

I asked if she wanted to get together next weekend and she was open to the idea.

Here are the questions.

What in the world does it mean when a girl says she is in a "semi relationship" ?

Was it a good idea to say that I would text her Sunday when I get back into town?

Finally is this even worth it? She says she is taken , but semi taken.

What do you people think?

Could mean a bunch of things, but it really doesn't matter.

Ignore it and get together with her. Kino and all that junk. Just treat it like a shit test and move on undisturbed.
