For fans of Made In Chelsea on this forum, I'd be interested to hear your assessment of how Francis finally got his girl

For those of you who don't follow, you can read a bit on the Mail Online site.

Basically, Francis had a mad case of oneitis about this girl Sophia.

They shared a lot in common, galleries, etc... and always hang-out, but it was clear he was on the friendship tree.

To make matters worse, she hooked up with one of his best-mates and he would often bump into them together at parties, where he'd feel pretty sick and make excuses to leave.

Sophia began to notice that he stopped calling her and inviting her to stuff and began to wonder whether she had feeling for him after-all.

She decides to tell her bf that it's not working, and he graciously steps-down telling her he just wants her to be happy.

She rushes over to Francis's house, but see's him leaving with another attractive girl.

At various events she asks him if this new girl is his gf, but he says he is just exploring and she is a really cool chick.

At the season finale party, he calls Sophia on her mobile and then surprises her by appearing at the same party where he was not expected and taking her into his arms, kisses her firmly on the lips.

So, PUA, what techniques were used here?
Is there a method that can be translated into the real world where us mortals live?
