I just moved into my new apartment a couple weeks ago. The chick who showed it to me was pretty cute and showing very heavy IOIs with her body language but I figured maybe she was just trying to get me to lease it. She ended up trying a bit harder than what I'd consider normal...begged her manager to give me a discount on rent and then later called the corporate office on her own and got them to drop it even more. Also called me a few times to see what I was deciding, and after I moved in.

Saw her again today when I went to pick up a package and she still had the heavy IOI body language. She was like "wow, this is heavy" and I said it was probably protein...he smiles and is like "wow, you're going to get lots of muscles" in a flirty tone and then got embarrassed because I'm already pretty muscular and she had accidentally insulted me. Then she blushed and looked down and said "well, I mean more than you already have."

Two problems here: I suck at flirting/small talk and have no idea how to break the ice in terms of moving things away from her job. There are also logistical issues since there's usually a male manager or other employee also there and she's prob not supposed to date tenants. Basically I just need to know what to say to chat her up and a clever way to get her to go have lunch or coffee with me that won't get her fired and won't result in a bunch of awkwardness for the next year if I'm wrong and she just shoots me down. Pretty sure if I can just get her away from her job just for a bit I can seal the deal and be balls deep in her within a week.
