What is too much (i.e. staring) versus keeping a gaze?
Does it differ depending on men or women?
I know looking away IMMEDIATELY isn't good, but what's the limit? When does it get "creepy"?

Location: USA | | I read about 2/3 of the time eye contact is optimal. also you make eye contact when your talking that shows dominance. when they are talking you can loosen up, not that you always make eye contact 100 percent of the time when your talking.
