In my younger days had I saw it, I probably would have sucker punched him if I were close to it. He kept agging her on after she said "why did you do that" which is a big no-no especially in a place like that.
If you will watch her tone and body language at the beginning, her "why did you do that?" was of a woman that you could see was in a bad mood at that point, and unpredictable. I wonder what he did to prompt the question? it sounds like she could be racist which fueled it, but that's just life.
