are therapists ok?

hi

today i met this girl, she said she is a therapist. I did not get her number for 2 reasons
1. I have no balls
2. she was a therapist

assuming that i grew some balls and asked for her number, would it be ok to date a therapist? aren't they annoying? like is she going to be judging me all the time and saying how my parents didn't give me enough love and how I am depressed and I should get therapy?
