Well if she apologized and said she was doing something, don't sweat it. Take control of the conversation. If a girl texts me back 12 hours later saying she was doing blah blah, I wouldn't respond... I would wait a few hours to a day, and then start a completely new conversation without even mentioning the 12 hour silent period if I didn't want to continue the old one.
