She usually always starts the texting, we flirt a bit through text and I try to when seeing her in person as well. We have a lot of eye contact while talking (Is there such a thing as an eye contact addict? Because I might be one) and when we sit across eachother we can maintain eye contact for maybe 10 seconds without saying anything.. I think these signs say more than words and we definitely share these signs.
However! Even though we are attracted toward achother and we have a lot of eye contact and we hang out a lot, conversations tend to get a bit dull and it lacks humor. I, personally, am one of those cute guys who rather flirt and say nice things than joke around all the time, and a well timed silence may say more than a hundred words, as long as it's not one of those awkward silences, but I really need to get our conversations a bit more living and add a bit of humor without acting immature (I failed last year and all my classmates are averagely 1-2 years below my age and I want to stand out by showing my maturity)
I do try to act alpha and definitely show any signs of shyness, I give it a bit of a "I don't give a fuck" look yet that doesn't get our conversations on. I tend to get this problem of conversations getting dull and without humor quite easily, so any tips on like practices to keep conversations lively and full with humor?
