Wow bulls, you just want us to solve all your problems at once, don't you.
Go to clubs and bars, see which guys are there and make friends with them. Not so complicated. If you want friends who do certain things, do those certain things.

Don't be boring. No, but seriously, being a good conversationalist is fairly simple. Ask a few questions to determine what a girl is interested in talking about. Then just make fun of her as much as possible, but keep her talking. Inject innuendo whenever possible and start touching her.

If you are asking, "What's your major?", "Where are you from?" then things dry up because the girls are bored. If you do ask those boring questions, then you need to make it unboring.

Instead, try,

You: "What's your major?"
Her: "Biology"
You: "Oh, you want to work in a zoo then?"
Her: She'll say something"
You: Ignore whatever she says, "I think working in a zoo would be cool, I heard that lions mate like 90 times a day. I think I'm going to switch my major to biology. What classes do you have to take to work with lions?"

She'll be having a lot of fun and you will be too. Don't be boring, it's boring.
WTF? Never. Never ever. Last weekend hotty bought me breakfast. This weekend hotty bought me lunch. I bought a really nice whiskey for the guy friend of the hotty and bought her...nothing.
Piano seems like a great one. Find a bar or place where there is a piano and take girls there after you pick them up. Playing the piano needs to be something that establishes your dominance in a group. You aren't aiming for seducing women with your serenades (vomit), but getting everyone laughing by playing things that are surprising. So funny songs or contemporary things, but then changing it up to make everyone laugh.

Also, remember, play a bit, but stop so everyone wants more, but don't give it to them.

Not too much. You just won't have a wing. Doesn't matter so much, but usually takes bigger balls. Also, if you aren't careful you can look stupid. Try to find guys to interact with first, so you have a kind of base, then move to women or groups.

There's a loud dance club nearby. Most people come with a girl or two. To find a base, I should walk up to a guy and say what exactly?

On buying stuff for girls, lets say I take a girl to dinner. You're suggesting that I shouldn't pay for her meal?

No, I'm saying: don't take a girl to dinner. Don't buy her presents. Dinner is the shittiest place ever to take a girl. She'll own you at a dinner table. You have to pay for her; you have nothing to do but sit there and talk to her, while giving her your full undivided attention; you can barely touch her; you have to face her directly; you have to be witty and charming for hours on end. The list goes on. No dinners until after you've had sex and you are interested in being in a relationship.

At the club with guys you don't need routines, just introduce yourself. Tell them you came by yourself and ask some questions about them. It's also helpful if you can make everyone laugh pretty quickly.

Most people will say never buy anything for a girl til you've slept with her. Personally, I follow that rule as well, though I would probably buy a cup of coffee or something off the cuff.
