There's this girl I met on campus. I was going to the library and she was walking away from it. We made eye contact and I smiled. I found out the library was closed, so I tried my best to catch up to her without running. I tapped her on her shoulder and she removed one headphone, here's how the convo went:

Me: "You weren't gonna tell me that the library was closed? *smile*"
Her: "Oh! I wasn't even thinking."
Me: "I see. *cheeky smile* You new here?"
Her: "Yeah! I have a lot to do and everything is closed!"

I pretty much said me too, we explained our situations. I asked where she's from, etc. etc. Ended up getting her number and she's been wanting to walk around campus with me for the past 2 days. I feel like I can escalate rather quickly, yesterday, she came up with a nickname for me and asked for my approval.

Her: How does **** sound?
Me: "Idk. It depends on how you say it... ;)"
Her: Ohh I think you'll like it when you hear it ;)

So, the problem is that I just had a gyno surgery about 10 days ago. For those that don't know what it is, it's basically a gland of tissue under your chest and it makes your nipple puffy and your chest has a small cone type appearance sort of like a developing girls chest. Good news is that it's gone now. Bad news, is that the healing is a b*tch and takes months to fully heal. I have to wear a compression vest for 24 hrs and gauze pads over my nipples until this friday (2 weeks post op). Then I have to wear the vest only at night.

I don't want to take my shirt off and she's weirded out or caught off guard by the way my nipples look right now, but at the same time, I don't want to tell her that I had gyno surgery because it shows insecurities and I would be turned off if a girl told me she just had surgery on her boobs.

I don't know if I should just keep stringing her along until it heals more (I don't expect it to look too much better until about a month from now) or if I should let her know so that she'll expect it or maybe even expect worse. I've been hesitant to invite her to my dorm for this reason because I'm afraid of escalating all the way for this reason.

Here comes the pictures (Edit:: Removed image tags due to embarrassment and couldn't adjust picture size):

Doesn't look bad, right? Well let's take a closer look.

Turn your computer 90 degrees to the left for the pictures below.

The surrounding area is also a little bruised (brownish - hard to see in the pictures) and there's a little swelling.

What would you do?

I was thinking about it, but the way college works, most girls don't know how to keep their mouths closed. So if this girl thinks it's gross, it's safe to bet that all of her friends will know about it and then they'll associate my name with that every time they hear it. That's why I'm not sure.

Im not going to look at the pictures but ill already tell you that if you want to close her regardless, then just ignore the whole gyro thing and act like you never heard of it, blow off her comments about it, dont make an issue about it, and close. Biding your time for a more opportune window of advantage in which to strike is a fail PUA strat- always.

So do you think she'll just ignore the pink-ish scars and the brownish bruising around it? Also the scabbing that's happening right now? I just want to avoid a really embarrassing situation and possibly ruining some of my social status around campus.

Dude, go for the f-close first and foremost. Then worry about everything else afterwards.

You don't need to tell her that you had nipple surgery. You can make up some other type of procedure. Unless this girl is pre-med, she won't question the technical nature of your procedure. And she'll likely be very sympathetic and understanding. Just don't call a lot of attention to it or make a big deal about it, because yes, then it will become a turn off. Nobody wants to fuck a sick or injured person.

I'd just be like "I had this minor proceedure a couple weeks ago for some tissue extraction, it's no big deal. They are making me wear this stupid vest for a month so I have to leave it on."

If she asks what kind of procedure tell her "penis reduction".

She just told me today that she likes to dance, grinding, booty shaking, etc. It's on fellas. I think I'll bring that up though beforehand, just so she won't be caught off guard. I'm gonna talk to my roomy tonight so I can figure out a time to invite her over. I'm still kind of "iffy" about the whole thing though, just because of the way it looks to me, but I know it's probably worse in my eyes than in the eyes of others. That's how most things work.

Yeah man, it's not that bad. If she asks about it, tell her. If she doesn't, just assume she didn't notice.

Fuck her well.

You've seen the close-up pics?

That's my main thing, as long as people generally don't think it's that bad and I know I'm making it all bigger than it is in my mind I'll be fine. To me the pink scars and dark scab like stuff looks REALLY noticeable and if it were on a girl, I don't feel like it could be easily ignored, again, this is probably because it's bigger to me than others.

Am I only mentioning it if she asks though? Or should I bring it up subtly in conversation (like the guy said a few posts ago about the vest) a few days before anything happens so that she's not too caught off guard?

It's mostly in your head man. You, being fully familiar with your own body, are studying these things out in the full light. Brush it off like it's no big deal, and escalate while keeping your shirt on or in a dimly lit area if that will help with your insecurities. The chances of your fears are minimal... follow the advice of others on here and you'll be fine.

Invest in some proper fuck fuck lights. A night of fun isn't a business deal. You don't go over the plan and explain to her the details of a SWOT diagram, as if you KNOW she's already going to put out, even if you know she's going to put out and even if she announces to you that she's going to put out. Keep it fun.

As others have said your basing your opinions, reactions, and emotions from your worst case personnel perspective. Woman are much better about these things than guys and genera,l and if you always hedge against the worst case scenario you anrt ever going to get very far.

I think your vaulted social status among the larger student body is safe.

Yeah, I saw them. It's not bad at all. Assume you got stabbed in both nipples while fighting. Then you wouldn't care.
