Due to an incident i lost hearing in my one ear.
So makes it harder to hear in noisy places. This is kind of a block for me now.
What could i do to help out with my situation?
Im looking for any opinions and suggestions so go wild.
Thanks...

IMO, your approach should be "I am grateful for other things that I have in my life". I don't know how much is it causing problems for you, but I guess much of it is in your head.
If you are ok with it, other people will be ok with it as well. The only way that I can remotely relate is that I am bald. And it always feels funny when I met some bald dude who is like "Have you tried using this and that?" And I am like what the fuck??? It is very easy for people to use their shortcomings as an excuse why they fail in life. Don't be one of those dudes.

I'd bet you can also make up a funny story to go along how you lost it (good for DHV (demonstrate high value)). Also, use kino to your advantage, them knowing your loss of hearing will actually allow you to get in closer proximity to the woman you are talking to.
In general, you can also build rapport, use voice tonality to your advantage. Speak clearly and once she's comfortable around you, (after you told her about your hearing), whisper to her. She should whisper back and this is good marks! _________________ "Everything you do will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it" - Gandhi

I just avoid noisy places like clubs because it's pointless. But then again if you're in a noisy club, the way you dance and the confidence in your body language are much more important. Also keep in mind that noisy environments give you an excuse to place your cheek on hers as you yell in her ear, and place your arm around her. Though she's not the one with hearing difficulties, doing so to her demonstrates that it's okay for her to interact with you in such fashion. _________________ Before she can respect you, you need to respect yourself.
