Well remember last week, i told you guys im deleting her from my life? Lol. Well here's a recap.

we planned on dinner. and she flaked in like 20 minutes.

Then i told her to just hit me up when she's done with school then.

and that is how the convo continued in this thread.

That was kinda weird to say bro. If she can't make it don't give up so easily. If you say you will just leave her alone you look weak, don't expect her to come to you begging to hang out. You don't even know if she was just feeling bad that day, on her period or just busy with other things in her life. If she flakes play it cool, just be like "Okay no prob (move on to something else)" and don't ever say "Oh okay... just hit me up whenever ok?" It just sounds like you'll be waiting around for her..

You dug yourself a whole with this, in this situation I would say this:

Her: "See, that is what i can't stand. When I say im busy or something that day or whenever, i get the "Oh, i'll leave you alone then" response, that is so annoying"
Me: "We're going out to dinner next Saturday. Wear something nice "

If she says she can't make it say "Alright, some other time then. Might be a while though because I'll have to put you on the bottom of the waiting list "

Ok, so she's telling you that "I can't today" means "I can't today, but some other time" not "Stop bothering me".

So, set some other time up. And do the other stuff you know you need to.

I told you what I think. You've known her for way too long not to have tried something. Consider this a resolution of your past time investment. You've already spent Lord knows how long on this girl. Both in her direct presence and probably even more time thinking about her. Just resolve it. Ask her out again, try to kiss her, if she won't let you, it's not gonna happen.

I'm not all that inclined to think she's "playing you". I think you've been treating her like your sister. Women rarely lead the way sexually, that's on you. Even if she doesn't go for you now, she may have in the past if you'd made your intentions to her clearly and sooner. At a minimum, I think she does like you. And probably at least wants to be friends.

No do not tell her that you had a dream about her, that's just going to make you look even weirder and creepy.

Use what I said earlier, it's not that you had mood swings, you just changed your mind. This is something you should have said from the start, you could try to apologize and then say that (i personally wouldn't but if you apologize dont say it in that needy way "ok ill stop" just something like "sorry about that, wasn't trying to be one of those annoying guys"), but this case it's better to just show that your decisive and in control.
