So my homegirl came down from college a few days ago and we have a long history of hooking up though I've never had sex with her (go figure). We've had our ups and downs even though we were never in a serious/official relationship. Fast forward to a few days ago she texts me and lets me know she's in town and wants to hang out. We went out for jamba juice and had a great time for like 2 hours just laughing and catching up and trading stories. She got her wisdom teeth removed a week prior and said her mouth hurt because I made her smile too much.

Anyway she brings up a boyfriend a few times which I knew nothing about previously and sort of threw me for a loop. Gonna be tricky because I have 2 problems now. One, I'm in the friendzone, and two she has a boyfriend. If I can get past these barriers I'll be a f***ing boss. So anyway we're having a good time just talking, and laughing, and stuff and she's mentioning how now that she has a boyfriend she can't get drunk with cute guys alone and flirt and stuff. Then outta nowhere she says "well you're a cute guy" and it kinda caught me off guard. She instantly turned super red and blushed hard and I ask her "does this mean we can't get drunk together?" and she says no we just can't black out. Another thing I thought was peculiar was she mentioned one of her ex's when we were discussing our worst nights and she pretty much put me in the category of an ex-boyfriend to her even though we never officially dated. Not quite sure what that means.

So basically at this point I'm thinking maybe I'm not friend zoned as bad as I thought and she's still attracted. Also she may be down for a bit of trouble if she feels like having a boyfriend is a bit restrictive. It sounds like they've been together for a year or so though.

So now she wants to hang out again on Friday before she leaves Saturday morning. She says I can come with her when she hangs out with her friends Friday night. If it's night time I have a chance of hooking up with her if we go back to her house together. The good thing is I'll have a good opportunity to get physically flirty and get her nice and warmed up if we're hanging out at night. I wasn't able to do this so much when we out for some jamba juice in the afternoon. The bad thing is she'll be with her friends and she won't want to get too flirty in front of people. Also no chance of a public hook up because she won't cheat unless we're alone.

I'd love to hit this before she goes back up to college. Basically if this goes down I'm going to try and make her have a great time and get really flirty/physical all night until she goes home, then make sure we end up alone at the end of the night. My strategy for short term bf destroying is to pretend the guy doesn't exist and change the subject every time he's brought up.

If this goes down I'll be back with a story of mild success, total success, or utter failure. Even if I get her to make out with me the guilt of having a boyfriend may make her not want to have sex. I'll just have to be really direct and persistent if I even get to that point. So yeah that's my plan.
