I don't know anything about MM Or the Stages of attraction.. I only know that theres A1, A2.. Etc to S3 from what I've read online on different websites

Can someone give me a basic Example with definitions of each stage? + Origins of where this comes from?

Also.. Is the stages of attraction based for Canned or Natural game? Because in 2013 I'm actually going to take the 2 months of Studying and put it into the field.. This is just the last peice of work I need to know before I go out sarging (Been working on Inner game, self confidence and body language)..
