So yesterday I started Neill Strausses 30 days challenge and I decided to put up a topic where I could report how it´s going.

Day 1
At first I thought that day 1 would be easy since I´m quite social person, however as I met people I could have opened to I started to have second thoughts and little bit of approach anxiety hit me. It was hard to go and start conversations with strangers.
Finally after some time I forced myself to start conversations and I noticed that when I smiled and asked people questions they would usually smile back. By the end of the mission I didn´t even notice approach anxiety. Overall I started six conversations but since I used only funktional openers the chat´s didn´t last for long.

Day 2
Today starting conversations with strangers was much easier than yesterday, I also took note for the first time about how many Finns truly have blue eyes(4/5). Setting my goals was an interesting experiment since I´ve never for example thought about what I want to achieve by what time and what will I feel If I wont pursue my goals.

Looking forward to day 3!
