Ok so I picked up this amazing woman and have been dating her exclusively for about 3 months. Very independent has had a successful business for about 15 years, very attractive......the past few weeks she has started to go really hot and cold on me. One minute she can't keep her hands off me and is talking about vacations and getting a house together.... a few hours later she spits venom and tries to engage me in arguments all the time (which I don't do). Not really sure what is going on, when she is on she is a great girl and we are good together but when she is off.... never been in a situation like this before. I'd like to continue to see her just a little confused about what is happening and maybe I'm not handling the swings properly. Anyone had any experiences like this?

I would personally walk out every time she has an outburst, and then she can self soothe and come running back later when I'm not giving her any attention. Not completely sure if that's the best idea though. I would like to also hear views.

She's testing you. Just means she's totally immersed in your presence. She tries to push you away, to see if you'll let her. Tries to get you upset to see if you'll break. Most quality women do stuff like this when the relationship gets more serious.

Honestly the only thing I can really think of is...

She's pregnant dude!

I'm not even kidding, wish I was, but the signs are there, she's throwing mood-swings, now a lot of people would say man she's on the rag, just give it a break and quit going berserk over theories, but remember this has only happened the last FEW weeks. I would really start thinking parenthood, just in case because there's a huge chance that I am RIGHT. Now don't be stupid like "Baby I think you're having a baby! Get that shit checked pronto! Ready the brain sucker!" I mean this very well could be the cause, a lot of women turn into total bitch mode when pregnant, I've been there. A tale for another time. :)

Anyway to wrap this up because I'm tired as hell pregnancy would be my first option and my second would just be an imbalance in hormones, or my third, is that she's doubting the relationship. I mean she might feel like she's ready for the next step in the LTR while you're holding back or that she might be trying to give you what you want in the LTR by saying she wants to move in together when she's really contemplating on going back to being single and playing around...I personally don't know how this chick was before you got together or what she wants since this wasn't really informative about her background, something you need to add and I'm looking forward to. :) Another farfetched option is that she's Bipolar or Schizophrenic/or traits of Schizophrenia and may have some mental condition because if all the other options are simply not it, and since going from nice and all over you to raging bitch in hours is NOT "normal behavior" in society and is obviously some kind of mental condition. So you need to seek help for her and if you really care you'll stick by her through it all.
