What are your opinion of asking someone out by text?

I was going to ask her what time she finishes class and if she wants to get a coffee at a shopping mall or something? what do you think about that is it better to call?

New to this to but,

I go for stuff like hey meet me 8.33 bring cute outfit. Or if you've sleep with her meet me at my house bring good chinese food.

Also this works well for me, ill text the girl I've heard people been saying stuff about you. Which she'll then be texting you all day to find out what it is, which i just reply lol or lmao stuff like that and dont tell her for a day or till end of night, reply back nice ass with a wink.

Girls are gross text gets me good replys.

This is just stuff ive found on the net though.
