Timeline:

November 2nd - I host a halloween party.
November 3rd - HB8 shows up with a couple friends to get stuff she left at said party, but I don't have it.
November 10th - My friend N stops by my place with the HB8. Tells me he met her at the halloween party. We hangout smoke hookah, I learn that she's 23 years old and a guitar player. N (19 y/o) tells me later they've only kissed, and she doesn't want to do more outside of a relationship. He is interested in dating her.
Sometime the next week - N tells me HB8 went back to her ex.
November 17th - I run into HB8 at the bar, introduces the guy she's with as her friend. She seems happy to see me, but I'm busy so I leave.

I think I might run into her a couple more times, but never think anything of it. She's apparently a regular at the bar that's under my apartment. None of this really matters until...

December 7, last Friday. I host a big end of semester party, working as bartender for most of it. HB8 stands at the bar chatting me up for probably at least half an hour, I work in some kino and we exchange numbers. One weird thing, she asks to use my phone to call someone because hers doesn't work (?) but I don't know if this is relevant. At the end of the night, I notice her sitting on the lap of one of the guys she came with, meanwhile I've got my own HB all over me so I'm playing it cooler than ever.

December 10th - I send her a callback humor text question, but she never responded.

December 14th, last night. Threw another party. She was with the same three guys as the one last week, and they gave my doorman shit about paying to get in. My doorman called me over, I looked the guys dead in the eyes "Everyone pays, and you're no exception. I don't care who you are. Three bucks or leave." then I walked away. Through the night, I didn't talk to her much aside from some banter at the bar, but later on in the smoking room she was talking in the group about "why do I bother dating younger guys, the sex is great but blah" and I said something like "you're 23, you should know better. Young'ns are for fun - you don't have to quit but don't commit" and this got a laugh out of everyone. A little bit later she came up and hugged me out of nowhere. Then her "boyfriend" was hitting on another girl, and this started some drama that didn't really end well. She ended up on the outside stairs, half passing out drunk, and one of my guys asked me to watch her while they handled the situation. I went and sat down next to her on the stairs, gave my speech I give to anyone who almost passes out on the stairs, but nothing significant happened. Eventually the boyfriend came out, then his friends. I walked away from the situation and it pretty much resolved itself with a little intervention from my regular guys, and they all left.

So I'm not really sure what to make of this at all. I thought I was in good shape, until I didn't get a response to my text last week. For now, the semester ends in a few days so partly I'm tempted to just back away from the situation completely, it sounds like a mess. Of course, I could try to do something in the next few days but I'm not sure how to go with it. A group thing probably, I could also invite her to a jam session being that she's a musician. Or a night at the bar. I doubt any kind of one-on-one thing is viable at the moment. All I know is for my next party, I want to find a way to tell her that those guys she came with aren't welcome.

I would also like to add I've put unnecessary pressure on this probably. I've kind of got her in the LTR category, since we have a common passion (music) and closer in age (she's 23, I'm 29). She does seem pretty fickle though.
