Hey i'm living in the UK. I've just read most of MM book and trying to apply what i've learnt so far. But i havnt put my own material into it, which im going to need to work on.

A friend called me late last night to go hit the town, i was broke so he payed. Wanted to try stay sober but i was feeling way to grouchy in town untill i'd had a bit to drink.

4 double sambookas later and a few pints, had a good chat with a girl inviting me to join a martial art ( already knew a bit about it so good vibe) didnt ask for her number thought id chat more, but her friends showed up who where guys and conversation ended with her.

Hit the next club danced with a hb7 , couldnt kiss close her in he club , she was saying the girl with her is her ex's sister or some shit. Club closed they invited me back , the girl gave me quite a few vodkas and i pretty much screwed it up from there.

Any tips on how i can get the confidence i get from drink without getting drunk.
Thanks for the read im new to this.

Bro, I had the same problem.

Drink non-alcoholic beer like O'Douls and "trick" yourself into it. You won't need to drink at all.

If you can't your shit, then don't drink :).. Simple as that bro.. Personally, I do much better when I'm drinking than I do when I'm drinking..
