About a week ago i got setup a date with a girl i work with. I didnt ask her for her number, and the big day came and went without hearing from her after i gave her my number on facebook. Now the new week has started and i see her looking at me. However my thought is she stood me up. Do i try to reinitiate a new date or what?

Play it cool then try to ask her out again later. Sometimes girls feel pressured or nervous and they flake. But they may still like you. Then they feel awkward or weird about bringing up why they flaked eventhough they still sort of like you. If you play it cool, and keep gaming them, it'll be like it never happened. Then you just ask them out again and they'll probably go with you next time if you do it right.

Yep, it's only as awkward as you make it out to be. So don't make it awkward ;) Play it cool like puaninja said, and just go for it again. Persistence is sexy. If she doesn't like it, it's still sexy :D
