So I am a regular at this one bar and there is this cute bar girl. This is in the UK so they arent really looking for tips.

Usually she is just asking what you want to drink and never starts small talk herself. Last week I walk in and she comes over to me and starts asking how I am etc. Every conversation we have had previously has been started by me. As I knew she had a bf I had always been pretty stoic with her anyhow, only occasionally having banter with her. This strikes me as odd so I dig a little deeper.....

We have mutual friends on Facebook and I looked onto her profile and suddenly from all the pictures being of her and her boyfriend its now of her and her friend, also her boyfriend has delete all past profile pics with her in it and changed to a pic of just him and a friend, no her. They both did this on the same date.

I want to try and open her up next time I see her and find out if shes broken up with him without being too direct.....any ideas?

Don't address it otherwise you're stepping out of your "cool client that doesn't hit on me" spotlight. Instead, use kino to escalate. Just assume she's single.
