Ok, for SPRING BREAK let me break down some misconceptions as this is my 18 year specifically engaged in the sale of college spring break packages. I have been to some 10 popular US college destinations.
1.) Girls don't all bang on spring break. I only say this as yes they def. do (duh) but there is a 100% false belief that getting laid on spring break is "easy." It can be more work then Cleveland OH. More competition guys.
2.) Girls all DO go on spring break expecting to "hook up." This means kiss, finger, grind, oral. F ing is the the game part I'm not going to coach you on. With this in mind, you can work your advantages knowing that for example, on a "girls night out" in Cleveland, this might not be on their mind to "hook up" but 100% is on spring break.
3.) Separation is an absolute key or you're in big trouble. This is ONE BIG REASON to avoid international spring break destinations. Girls are a bit scared there. They are almost cemented to their group mentality in Cancun or Bahamas. Think drug cartels to Natalie Holloway. They are spooked. If you are stupid enough to book international destinations like a Cancun....know this....arrive early to clubs, work the hotel pool alot harder, restaurants early in night, etc. Clubs...bars....lots harder.
Ok, so "where to go?" In order of quality (lots of dimes) to next list which is "ease of scoring."

As you inquired about Cancun, book one of these hotels (in order of best women/ratio)

Oasis (oasis is 30 guys for every girl - but if you like slutty/stripper types move to top of list LOL)
Get a Party Package. When you get to club each night DO NOT ARRIVE at 11 pm. Get there way early 10 pm. Pay fee for bottles (get 2 bottles right away a rum and a absolut) and a private table. Tip waiter (there will be more than just you/one person) $50 USD cash at start of night. Tell him good service end of night you give him another $50. Don't get too drunk, the bottles are for girls as open bar you cannot get a drink, no where to sit...makes sarging hard. Don't invite 10 girls to your table. ONE GIRL plus a friend. They will not complain as they get bottles cost. Don't let them talk you into "all my friends" fuck their friends. They can still see their friends from table service. This creates VIP status they love and gets you opportunity for KENO as low sitting stools/chairs.
On spring break at a table/bottle service, you can be sort of handsey but don't be creepy. Hand on back, brush on leg almost off the top/right away no problem as you are feeding them booze. REQUIRE waiter brings you a couple rockstar energy or red bulls when you hand him that $50 or you will be paying $10/red bull later foolio. Drink those avoid all that cheap booze.
Make goal of leaving club by 12 midnight. I can give you specific, insider spring break hook up tips if you book with my company. Yes, that's how I make my money. I recommend you take a class not this round about mystery shit on spring break you have to act THE MAN not some "let me do a magic trick" nonsense.
