she laughed and asked who it was , i said who and that on second thought maybe it was me who took advantage of her.
she didnt reply? could it be because she feels guilty or did i say something wrong?

Your text sent wasn't bad... But I'd have given her something to reply to... Like an open-ended question. Always assume girls are unimaginative when texting.
Or it could also be it's actually the wrong number, or if it wasn't a shit test, she probably doesn't want to leave traces of infidelity on her phone in case her boyfriend looks through it. And as you pointed out, it could also be guilt. I mean there are just too many variables here.
At this point I'd just let it be and hope I bump into her again.
