| Offline | | New to MPUA Forum | Joined: Sun Nov 25, 2012 6:48 pm Posts: 6 | | I've been using body language and a couple other things like kino etc and I've been getting good results so far but I've noticed about half way through the day I'm just extremely tired and I find it hard to keep being in the zone because I feel like I want to sleep. So I'm not sure if I need more sleep or maybe there is something else I can do to stop being so tired and just giving off the wrong signals.
Anyone else get this?
Edit: I think I could eat a little better and sleep more, that's a given. Also It's during my college days so thats usually 6 hours at a time.

To reduce the tiredness try staying away from stuff high in sugar like soda, chocolate, sweets which causes the insulin spike. Try only drinking water during the day and stay away from caffeine as this also causes the same effect.
