Definitely.

I've read it about a month ago and I've already started to see great improvements with my game (granted, I've read other books in the meantime as well). It sums up core concepts like body language, confidence, building rapport etc. really well. You have to put in some effort, but there are plenty of tips to get you going (and personally, I prefer this style of natural game over using canned openers). There are many testimonials and reviews out there you can check out. I always read somebody's review before I buy anything, my favorite review of Tao of Badass is this one.

I'm not a master PUA but I would definitely recommend this book.
