I recently broke up with my gf and not the sort of guy to hang around I decided to move on quickly. I've used loads of game techniques in the past to varying degrees of success but I'm stuck and I dont know how to proceed.

I got in contact with a girl I knew 4 years ago and I always had a bit of a thing for her. We ended up texting a lot and having a laugh so we got together for a couple glasses of wine at her place.

There is nothing "to do" here. Just be a fun guy and invite her out again, casually. Don't bring up the "what's this between us" or anything. Just keep going normally. You've already fucked her. She may have buyer's remorse since she has another guy, but you will jut have to accept that if it is so. If it is so, then do not try to convince her to get with you again. The best thing you could do is to be casual, laid back and cool and funny and just go for it again without apologies. If she asks you why you are doing this even though she told you she can't, just tell her she's too sexy and you can't control yourself around her. Then go from there. If she still hangs out with you after that, then it's one of two things, either she likes the validation you give her from liking her (in which case cut it off immediately - you will notice this by her giving you almost something, but not quite), or she likes you, in which case just proceed as normal.

Be fun and tell her to join you somewhere to do something (bowling, museum, zoo), then take her back to yours and go for it again. If she resists, don't pout, be unaffected by her behavior. It will most likely be ASD or a shit test to see if you're willing to go for it again and she can then blame it on you instead of on herself for sleeping with you again.

But you haven't provided much information, so just ask her out again casually, non-needily. Then take it from there.
